Event registrations are reported on a dashboard by day, week and month. You can also view registrations by status such as Accepted or Declined. Using this basic reports, export a full report of all registered users detailing their registration status and a host of other relevant info.

If you're just looking for a quick list of registered guests that you can contact via email, select first name and email from the report list and click "Prepare Report". From there, the reporting tool gets more powerful. Run a report on registration status by user and you will have the ability manually change a user's registration status directly within the report! Event managers can contact VIPs by phone, confirm their interest in the event, and instantly change their status from 'No Reply' to 'Accepted'. The now confirmed guest will receive an email in their inbox confirming their itinerary for the event. The updated custom report can now be printed or exported to Excel for quick sharing and distribution.

If turned off, users will only be able to register for the event if they’ve been invited. If turned on, your guests can invite family and friends to register for the event as well. For events that allow for open enrollment, new users will be able to sign up for an account and register for the current event.
